This "Eagle" design by Terra is done Spectrum and Wissmach Chocolates with Cobalt Blue/White and White Wispy Sky. This panel is made to hang on a wall and features four Feather White sides (4") attached to the panel between the picture and the bevel border. Night-Lights are wired to the back and the entire picture has a "soft glow" at night. The Eagle design was selected to celebrate the achievement of an Eagle Scout in the family.
